What Defines Erotica?

What's your definition of erotica?  How does it differ from pornography?  To my mind, erotica is sensuous writing designed to make the reader visualize, imagine, and get lost in a fantasy.  Erotica is all about the journey.  Pornography is all about the finish line.  I'd love to hear your thoughts on this topic!  Please add a comment below or email me at indigoskyeinkandart@gmail.com.
